I was born and raised in Southern California, where I spent more than 25 years as a nurse and also worked in construction. But North Idaho had been pulling at us for a long time.
My wife Megan, our two teenage sons, and I spent over 15 years visiting, exploring the lake towns and mountain communities, and quietly building a connection to this place. When we finally made the move, it wasn't a leap of faith. It was coming home to somewhere we already knew.
I'm Jeff. I help people buy, sell, and find their place in North Idaho, without the pressure, without the noise, and without ever feeling like a transaction.

Outside the Work
When I'm not working, I'm here — in North Idaho, with my wife Megan and our two sons. We moved here because this place pulls at something in us, and it still does. You'll find me on a trail, at a local event, or just taking in the kind of evening sky that doesn't exist anywhere else. Faith, family, and this community are what ground everything else.
